we’ve had to roll out a soft-ban on accounts with last earnings from more than 3 years ago. this will likely not affect any current members.
accounts affected will require manual processing of rewards. use of trades, game for points, jackpot4 and donations will be restricted.
if applicable, your account privileges will be reinstated after you redeem for a reward. apologies for the “speedbump” we unfortunately had to introduce, and we thank everyone for their understanding!

I get instant prizes all the time. If you don’t then it’s probably because your account is fishy!
shouldve used my method, send one email to all those users to remind them they still have points. Only one email so its not spam and this could bring back more people.
