As promised to the ever so illustrious Bean, here is a post to showcase the prize I received when I redeemed my points.
I was originally aiming for something else but when I saw these shoes, I was taken over by an uncontrollable urge and just had to have them. You know?
So after accumulating points from completing mostly special offers (aka coin offers) and having them sit in my account for ages because I was lazy, I finally used them about a week ago to obtain a $25 gift certificate (equivalent to 2,387 points after currency conversion) which I then used to help myself purchase a stunning pair of leather Chuck Taylors.
Many thanks to everyone at Rewards1 and the team at prize claims for making this swift purchase possible otherwise I would’ve had to spend a lot more money to buy these shoes. And, you know, with our current economic times, it’s pretty safe to say that money just doesn’t grow on trees the way it used to (that is, of course, unless you’re at Rewards1 because it’s freebies galore here!).
