hello everyone,
we’ve recently made some changes with how holds and high risk earnings work which will hopefully make things clearer when it comes to spending your points. from now on for offers and coin offers, funds over 150 points or 300 coins will be be held for net45, or 15 days after the end of the next month. members higher than rank 1 will get to use some of their points on hold BEFORE the hold date, higher ranks will get to use more of their points quicker.
earnings from surveys, tasks, videos and such are exempt from holds.
all reward requests have been re-processed with the new hold criteria, and any found to be in violation have been rejected - we apologise for any inconvenience.
