to start spring off we’ll be hosting a referral contest in honour of our two newest referral landing pages: FreeSteamPowered.com and MyFreeAmazonGiftCard.com! you may now refer new users to rewards1 by promoting Steam games and Wallet codes, as well as Amazon giftcards!

here’s how the contest works. referring a new user to r1 through any link code, banner, landing pages, etc. that completes any offer, special offer, or survey, counts as 1. referrals that come from either of the two new landing pages that completes any offer, special offer, or survey, count as 2. whoever has the most, wins!

1st place > $40
2nd > $20
3rd > $15
4th > $10
5th > $10
6th > $8
7th > $8
8th > $5
9th > $5
10th > $5

winners of referral contests typically tend to be our seasoned users, so in consideration for our newer members, we’ll also be holding a NEW AFFILIATE ONLY referral contest. to be eligible, you must be rank 1 (rookie) or 2 (junior) or have less than 50 refs as of when the contest begins! So if you’re new to referring and have always wanted to give it a try, here’s your chance to start!

1st place > $10
2nd > $5
3rd > $3
4th > $2
5th > $2

contest period for both:
starts 12:00am march 21
ends 11:59pm april 30

please remember that referrals must sign up using your unique link code, which can be found under Referrals from the Earn menu, along with our referral landing pages, and promotional banners.

The leaderboard initially showed results in the incorrect date range, it counted referrals on Mar 20th, which was not meant to. It’s fixed now, that’s probably why you observed the changes :slight_smile:

The contest is not counting my active refs but it is counting others fix this it always happens to ME! Like can’t someone make sure everything is working before they start? Honestly. … I am stuck at 2 points? I should be in 1st or 2nd place since the amount of actives ive gotten!

Sorry guys, another mistake, the leaderboard was counting only the active refs through our referral sites, that’s why the score is so low, it’s now fixed.

with any referral contest, new affiliates face competitors who have months (some years) of link building, traffic networks and experience. if a new referrer can run with the veterans, they deserve to place imo.

with the twist of the 2 new landing pages counting double, its entirely possible :wink:
