There are things called periods (.) and question marks (?). You should use them. It makes things SO much easier to read.

EVERY time I see ‘plz reply’ or any variation of it, it makes me want to not reply. I’m just an @$$ that way.

It takes 2-3 days. Patience.
Posting like an illiterate 7 year-old will make other people think you are one and therefore think less of you, so it’s best to use grammar rules as much as possible while on the Internet if you want anyone to read what you post at all.
