This thread only applies to Ampario surveys. Your Surveys runs out of surveys sometimes, so just wait a while and you will have surveys available.
I have completed 3 Ampario Daily Surveys. I did 2 yesterday and today I see that my points have been taken away!! I looked through my history and I don’t see any reversals nor trace that I completed those Ampario Daily Surveys. Not only was the points taken away but the name and date when I completed them was removed. However, I got credited for 1 Ampario Daily Survey I never did. Whats the point of doing these surveys if my points are going to be taken away.

ampario postbacks should be working correctly now, so we’ve opened up API to all ranks as of yesterday.
API surveys are converting awesome so if you do surveys and haven’t tried the new ampario i suggest you try them out!

I should of pointed out that those “cash to points” entries were from the ampario surveys I completed. That’s the only proof I have of completing them.

You are right It took away 500 points of myn!!!
No reversal message, and my points have been disappeared At least 500 of them! I had 3200 ish and day after I only had 2700!!

After some investigation it did appear that we had some problems with the new ampario API, I’ve re-credit the users who had missing credits. Thanks for reporting

Well they are safe to do, but none of them work for most of us because they say they aren’t available 
And there has only been 1 survey on the list instead of 2 lately.

I just did an api and no credit, Do Ampario take longer to credit?
Hm, I just did one too and no credit. It usually credits instantly. I’m disappointed 
Seems like it only wants to work when it wants to for me. The surveys were working fine last night but now every survey no longer works
Sorry if I am bumping this, but I’ve done 2 Ampario surveys today and neither have credited yet. Do they still take around a day to credit, or do they just not credit at all anymore? Thanks.
