I bet you get more traffic on your site if you refer more people. So it's basically the same as here: To make the big bucks you need to refer people. So, you would still need to refer people to that site so you could refer more people to this site.

i haven tried traffic yet. I generate most of my referrals from youtube videos. I put up one that breakers 22 gave me and got over 3000 view in just one day!!!
