Thumbs down Second time in a row R1 cancels my order for no valid reason

This is the second time in a row i get my custom order canceled for "Not enough points" even though i have more then enough points.
Im using points and they are not secured, I have 17.08 points and the item im ordering cost 13.43 with shipping cost and there is no tax. why does this keep happening?

you answered your own question... the points have to be secured.

I always thought that you needed secured points to be able to order a prize. Whenever some of the users in the support chat had insufficient points, they then tried to order with the amount of secured points they had instead and it went through for them after that.. :s

o_o do tell more lol. that is interesting if it is a bug or something lol.
for the most part.
insufficient points = you do not have enough points in your account to order specified item
secure points DO affect reward requests when the user is trust level 0
the only other time secure [currency] will affect a user is when they are using transfer points or requesting payout (paypal/check/cheque).
