Default Not credited? phone reward

i did the Flirtano - Online Dating phone reward, it took £4.50 from my phone but i didnt egt the points? ive got the texts if i need to prove or can a member of staff check? pleasee, the other phone reward i did worked, but this one didnt :(


EDIT- oh and i go the website which i got the text from, and it didnt even work? -.- grrrr £4.50 down the drain

tahts why people dont do the phone offers... there are charges that apply sometimes

did you quit too soon, or somehow break the conditions of the offer? each has its own terms which you should always read carefully.

if you think you followed the conditions correctly, and have proof you were charged, we can contact the networks and ask for an investigation. the problems are, this can take months to resolve and, it doesn't always work.

contact support and explain the situation and give them everything you can:
- which offer
- cell number used
- how much you were charged
- proof: either a screenshot of your bill, a charge ID, or something that we can use to give to the networks because they'll be asking us for it.

then we have to wait for the networks to ask the merchant... which is the tricky part. technically if you got charged you *should* get the points, this is exactly what merchant CPA rules protect you against. unfortunately, rules aren't always followed.

i dont seee why i cant just be given the points, cos what happened was, when i did the 1st phone offer, when i text back to it, the page on my laptop changed and said congratulations, whereas on the 2nd one which didnt credit, it didnt even change. i've go the texts cost me £4.50 and the number, butt if its too much hassle, then never mind..-.- just a waste of £4.50 for nothing :)(Y)
