Default Protein shakes

I'm looking for a new protein shake recipe.

I do not need advice; nor do I want to hear that I need to stop taking protein shakes. I don't eat enough, and what I do eat is USUALLY low calorie(except when I splurge and eat junk food). After my workouts, ever since I was about 15, I have taken some sort of protein shake, or smoothie. And I believe protein shakes work best for me -rather than not taking them as others suggest.

I just want some recipes, that you or someone you know has tried and liked. The one I have always used is good, but I'm really looking for a change.

Don't be a smartass about google. I know how to get some recipes. I just want to hear from people here on what they've used, what kind of results you've had from it(I'm NOT looking to bulk up. I just need something for after my work outs in the morning. I'm looking moreso about keeping energized; not muscle gain. I have plenty of muscle.)

I do not want things with a lot of sugars or fats. My body cannot digest fats very well, as I don't have a gallbladder so please let's keep it balanced.

I would PREFER something with a 40 percent carb, 30 percent protein, and 30 percent fat ratio just to keep it balanced, however I'm not opposed to trying something a bit different. As long as it's not all fats and carbs, with a small percent of protein I will be thoroughly happy.

Best recipe will get a prize even though I'm poor as jack ****.

Well first off you should start off with telling us the recipe you use now. You could try a fruit smoothie. With milk fresh fruit yogurt and protein. I have the chocolate kind so I just use milk protein peanut butter and a banana.

Right now I use a banana, acai berries, cinnamon, flaxseed, hemp whey protein, and half coconut water/ half soy milk

it's getting way too expensive. I can't afford it anymore; plus I'm getting tired of it.

Scoop of chocolate protein. handfull of frozen blueberries. and 1/4 cup of milk. mix it all up and put in freezer for 5 minutes then its like pudding. Not very good if you are in a hurry but if you have the time, it's good.

Well I say throw everything out, but keep the bananas and coconut water... try this

Banana+Mango+Coconut, add a scoop of that whey protein, add a cup of milk, or if you prefer your half soy milk you can do that also.

Maybe this is something you would like...
