Default Does R1 hate me?

Stupid thread title, but, I am done w/ R1, because of slow prize claims (for the most part) I decided I was done w/ R1 back in August.

I custom ordered a 12 Month Xbox Live card from Amazon a month ago. Today, I get an email saying that they "Lost my information in the system"

I'm confused here. How do you LOSE my custom prize request ? This seems to happen everytime.

Muggsy instructed me to send in a support ticket EVERYTIME I make a prize request. I do this, and they STILL lose my information?

I just want to claim my last two prizes and be done with this website. I keep having to come back here and either A) Wait on my custom orders or B) Deal with some ordeal R1 is making me have.

I just don't get it. People send in custom requests every day. They end up being fulfilled 100% fine. Why is it that I have to go through re-ordering them 100 times?

I shouldn't be put at "the back of the line" for prize claims, just because you notify me a month later, saying you lost my information.

Well I have never received a prize here yet, but I have two requests and they sure as hell better not lose my information.

no. the reason could be:
1)tundes and hillary are working on prize requests, so they probably accidently deleted it while trying to fulfill it (delete as in cancel)
2)pyros is working on the forums, and he eats a lot of wendys, so he probably spilled a frosty on his comp while looking at ur prize requests!
3) they JUST upgraded to a new server...

yeah, they got lots of requests, im sure they might have missed you.

here is how it works.

i think they dump requests to a cabinet when they are "fulfilled"

they probs put your un-fulfilled request to a file and dont want to search for it.
