Default I'm gonna be honest (please don't troll).

I'm really unhappy with the way I am. I'm overweight and find myself sucking in my stomach all the time, which then makes my chest look bigger and it's extremely uncomfortable. When I put on the shirts I like, I just wanna go Hulk and tear them by bending my back and flexing my arms, because they feel so uncomfortable. I've wanted to lose weight before, but I'm lazy ass hell, and I don't want my grandmother to go out buying more clothes for me. It sucks especially since my brother is fit and loves to be healthy. I want to be healthy so bad, but I don't just see how someone could love exercising. It's just not my thing. Also, under my eyes are always purple so it always looks like I'm exhausted and just smoked 10 ounces of weed. But however, on to the point. I'm gonna start drinking more water, but what I wanna do with my body is lose the fat first, especially in my stomach/waistline, and then build up muscle. I would rather have some advice from you guys, rather than some articles that say the same thing on every one.

Being lazy isn't an excuse for anything. Trust me. If you want something real bad just freaking do it. Try finding a sport or some way to make excercise not feel like a drag. Sport suggestions: basketball, soccer, football, and my personal favorite skateboarding.

Find a friend and just go jogging with them every morning, don't skip any days. No more fast food, no more chips, no more fruit snacks, quit putting sugar on things, start eating low sugar/fat cereal and other foods, lower your carb intake. Another thing that can help is just doing crunches before you go to bed and after you wake up. You can't expect results right away so just wait and keep working hard, don't be discouraged if you don't get results right away. Once you get close to your ideal body weight start lifting weights to build up some actual muscle.

Skateboarding is not really competitive unless you're playing SKATE.

Biking can work, but you'll want to do a lot of it.

As mentioned before, I'd suggest just drinking more water.

Well you need to get yourself out their.

Truthfully no one 'loves' to workout and exorcize. We just say that to get into a cycle and motivate ourselves.
The hardest part about working out and exorcize is getting started. Once your in the routine, you will automatically feel the need to do it, just like peeing every morning (lol bad example)
but you get the idea.

heres some things that can and should motivate you.

1) idk how old you are but being healthy and looking good will get you a lot more friends and girls, and plus being ALOT more confident around them and not worrying about your weight or looking a certain way.

2) you said you get nervous about organized sports, not to be mean, but it is probably because your afraid you wont be able to do something because of your current physique. if you start to workout and lose weight you will get confident, and in the end make more friends and get out more and lose even more weight through sports.

and sure, it seems tough when you start out, but after you do your routine everyday you will feel accomplished
