Angry [Complaint] Did not receive XBL MSP

Yeah hi, I have a bit of a complaint because I have been waiting over 2/3 months for a new 1600 Xbox Live Microsoft Points code and I have never even received it! This is outrageous, even when R1 support said they would possibly send me a new one.

What happend was I went and bought one 1600 Microsoft Points on the Rewards 1 site, I waited a couple days and guess what? I got it, yay, but when I went to enter it on Xbox Live, what do ya know...INVALID CODE. I immediately started to get help from one of the flippin support team and they seemed to respond to me, but it seems that they could care less. Do you guys even check to see if they work when you send them out, god! Take a look at these pics below and you will know what I'm talking about.


Is this what you call "superior" support? I don't think so.

Are you sure you have entered the code EXACTLY as it appears?

That's what happened to me! Except it was for League of Legends! They sent me both of the codes and they were both invalid! I gave them screenshots and everything and they said that I had to take it up with League of Legends support, and it wasn't their problem! That is outrageous! I worked my ass off trying to get 26 points, and when I do, the codes they give me don't work! They didn't help me at all! I bought two codes, and they were both invalid, and I worked a lot for them, and I didn't get them! It pissed me of! Dotti, can you help me to!?

This happened to me when I went to claim my 1600 MS points about a year and a half ago. It's a database glitch. The code accidentally gets sent to 2 people at once. Talk to Dotti, give her your R1 User ID. She'll set you straight.

Ooh, so that explains why my codes had already been used! Thanks a ton! I'll talk to Dotti as well!

If your program really does work then you should be able to get another 24 points in 5 minutes, stop complaining.
