Default So, the PSP Go.

Is anybody going to be picking one of these up come launch day? They're pretty smart looking, and the reduced form factor is definitely a plus. However, I'm not really sure why Sony seem to think people are going to pay £225 (or the american/euro equivalent) for a system that basically has bastardised functionality (I, for one, refuse to rely on digital distribution and abitrary "points" with no predefined value other than that which the parent company puts on them), and, apart from the cosmetics, no obvious difference between it and the previous version. I mean, since the unveiling of the new PS3, you could spend £25 more and get one of those instead, and keep your old PSP.

Still, anyone swayed by the aesthetic? They're certainly good-looking, I'll give them that.

Apparently I am not trusted with a signature image yet. Presumably I will injure myself with the sharp corners or something. Until I become less retarded, feel free to waste precious seconds clicking on the link instead. Because nothing is more riveting than amateur graphic design.

I traded my old PSP in for just under fifty quid.
It sucked, and I never played it anyway, but I reckon if you have the old base ones, just keep em', they're practically just the same as the new ones anyway.
Oh, I traded mine in at GameStation.

I'm not going to buy it until it get's hacked. Why would I want to fish out $250 for the system, then have to use even more money for games? screw that. My 2 current PSP's have been hacked, and I can't imagine me going back.. haha

i sold mine hacked $170 XD you made a wrong choice to trade it there.

and the PSPGo personally I didnt like it because It is the same as an old psp =/ just more fragile and smaller and the same functions as an old one

I'd buy it if it had 2 sticks instead of 1

I'm thinking of buying it as my psp 1000 screen was destroyed, my psp 2000 has a broken umd drive (which led me to sell all the games) and broken speakers. It's $250 which is a little expensive for a portable but the PSP 1000 core system was also $250 starting price so I guess it's worth waiting for it.
