Default Prize fulfilled, but didn't charge me the points?

Hi, I had ordered Terraria on steam a week or so ago, I had used 10 points to order it, the game is 9.99$ on steam, so it should work out all right. After waiting for the weekend to finish, and memorial day, the Tuesday morning I had an email saying I had a gift via steam. It was Terraria, I finished installing it and etc. and went to check my R1 account's reward summery page. On my page it said my custom request was fulfilled, and said It cost .01 points, as well the fact I had the 10 points still in my balance.

Now, in most cases, people would say that's awesome that it didn't charge me, but It bugs me knowing that I didn't actually pay for Terraria with any of those points. Granted, I had helped another friend, he needed a few points, so I don't have the full 10 points right now. But I would like the R1 staff to be somewhat aware of the issue, whether its human error or what.

In conclusion, I don't really care if R1 needs to take my excess points from me or what, but I would think it would be good to bring to your attention of this. I could send a support ticket, but this doesn't seem the run-of-the-mill questions they face, so I hope here it can be figured out and told to the right people.

They'll probably let you keep the points. At least, that's what they've done in the past.

man you're lucky :P once this offer that was 13 pts credited me and i had no idea what it was. i even made a thread on the forum. after a week, they didnt take it away so i was like "what the heck" and used it :P i got 3 more pts than u did XD but ur still lucky

Kudos for the honesty. It was most likely a typo error on their part. In any case, send in a support ticket and kindly let them know. :)
