Dont know why its taken u so long....im a UK member and put a support ticket the other morning and got a reply within 10 hours
now just waiting for my custom order to go through..its been 3 days since i put it in but i know these poor guys are being bombed with emails everyday and are most prob getting through them as fast as they can!!!

It's seriously have got to be something else. I've been waiting almost 2 weeks for my support tickets to be answered. I sent a support ticket 5 minutes before the one saying my Wii Points code didn't work, and they answered that, but not the one that said that my Wii points didn't work. Seriously, I think Rewards1 is ignoring us. I might as well just move to Prize Rebel.

They ARE answering. They're VERY VERY sawmped right now (over 150k members now!).

Then how come after 2 weeks, they answered my multiple account support ticket, and no my wii points card one?

Ok. I was just kind of mad because of my long wait. So you're saying that they're working on the support tickets I sent so that I can get a new code?

Should I just PM bean since support is ignoring me?
