how long do they take to get back to you when u send a ticket into them?

when i send them it takes a day for them to respond so u should get one by tommorow

It depends if their active, proably 2 hours. If they have alot of tickets to answer it can take up to 48 hours. Just be patient you'll get a response in no time!

I would actually say within 24 hours. I've sent about 6 tickets and they were all answered within 6 hours actually.

been 3 days now and still now back to me what us think i should send another or not?

This may be due to the holidays, as the admins may be celebrating or running errands. Give it some time and they will eventually get to it.

like someone else said... if they are online thn they will respond very fast... i once sent in a support ticket and they responded in less than 20 mins.... it shouldn't take more than a day... but then again it's the christmas holidays so it might take longer...

either one of 2 things happened:
a. they responded and you missed it somehow (check junk/spam folder)
b. they somehow screwed up and missed your email

support should never take more than 24 hours, so if you don't get a response, just fire them off another ticket.
