It's seriously have got to be something else. I've been waiting almost 2 weeks for my support tickets to be answered. I sent a support ticket 5 minutes before the one saying my Wii Points code didn't work, and they answered that, but not the one that said that my Wii points didn't work. Seriously, I think Rewards1 is ignoring us. I might as well just move to Prize Rebel.
