But you can. The Mac store is cheaper though. I'd rather get it from a trusted source (I.E. Apple) then some company I never heard of. Just more for your safety and convenience that they have the cheaper, better stuff in one place then multiple places

Yeah. True. But I know that people like web cams and what not. Always got point out the flaws Why not have that extra stuff. You never know when they will come in handy. Macs aren't used for gaming because of the gfx card, so yeah, that's not that big of a deal to someone who doesn't care if they have a game for Mac. They have plenty of games at the Mac store.

Um, yeah (the last part). Plus, it's not the expensive to replace it if something breaks. As for monitor size, you can get a bigger monitored Mac for cheap still. No need to pay monthly for spyware. No need to have to buy a webcam. No need to have to buy a camera and keep all the wires together. No need to buy a mic. Mac's come with all the great gfx cards and video cards anyways. They know it's hard to replace them, so they figure why not just give them good ones?

Well, it runs like sh¡t for me and my mom. When I used a Mac, it was a whole new experience. It was like having all these features right at the tip of your fingers. iTunes and Garageband pre downloaded for musical folks, iMovie and iPhoto and Photobooth for for photo/director oriented people. There was all these tools right at my fingertips. Also, the fact that you don't have your freakin' harddrive and everything cluttering everything. I have one wire that powers my Mac. It goes to the outlet. Not a million to connect power and all my info and CD drive and graphics card and whatnot. Plus, in a flat screened computer

I've download so much crap on my Mac . . . still no viruses or signs of slowing down. Now I installed VirtualBox and Put XP on it to experiment, and I downloaded nothing on it and it was already slow- like it's programming was made to interpret a 3 toed sloth, speed wise. How you ever even used a Mac for leisure?

Let's take this to profiles or something. His thread don't need a flame war. As for viruses, Windows are built so crappily that it's easier for a virus creater to make one that attacks windows then attacks Macs, as they way Macs are built, it's very very hard to get viruses
