ive sent them three tickets, and it took them a week to get back to one of my responses. i asked why i was on hold and they gave me a list of WHY it could be on hold "suspicious offer activity. suspicious referral activity. suspicious account activity" i almost lost it. i was about to ask them if they thought i was a ****ing dumbass. i meant ME SPECIFICALLY
