yeah it was pretty confusing too.. theres a part where you can click on links and wait 15 seconds and get points for them but they don't give you many points. Then there are also parts where you sign up for websites and they will give you more points then you can use the points to put your websites on these lists i think.

No you do not pay for refs. What you are looking at is buy credits or get gold. You earn credits Buy reffering people to the site, Clicking link and joining people programs. With the credits you can get link exposure and get Add your programs for people to join. Try getting some refferals. Its Cool because its 5 tiers of refferals. 10 percent for each tier. Theres some people on there with over 1000 refferals on get ref.

I went back to this site after I stopped going.
I understand how it works now and I think the layout has changed which is certainly a plus knowing how bad off some of us were.

It's well worth it if you have the time.
