There's a website called AppRedeem. Basically they pay you for installing apps. This works for iDevices and Androids. Typically you get $0.15 per app, but they have a few that pay out $2 for buying a $0.99 app.

Redeeming is all instant. You can request whenever you reach the threshold, which is either $0.50 or $1. Simple enough, right? Be sure to edit your account to have your email address as your paypal email address. It's all instant. They have all sorts of prizes, so check it out for yourself. But they do have the typical PayPal/Amazon/iTunes shtuff.

As an added bonus, there's an option to enter a code for $0.25. Enter 'blockis' :D
