Hey guys I wanted to share with you how I was able to verify my Paypal account with out having a bank account. Its really easy to do but it does take a few weeks for the process to work.
Step 1: Go to the AchieveCard website and click "I want an AchieveCard, Sign Up Now". The URL is www.achievecard.com

Step 2: Next enter your personal information and "click get my card".

Step 3: Your Card will be mailed to you within 5 days So you will have to wait a while.

Step 4: once the card is recieved in the mail it will be attached to a paper that looks like the following. These two numbers will be put into paypal.

Step 5: Log into paypal and click get verified. Put your routing and account number here.

Step 6: Next PayPal well send you two amounts of money directly to your card. It will take about 5 days to go through. It took me awhile but it will come.

Step 7: log back into paypal and click verify bank account. Enter the two amounts that paypal sent to your Achievecard and click ok. Your account will then be permanently verified. Proof that this works

Fixed the pictures, they were full screen and didn't look to good. The good thing about this debit card is that you can transfer you paypal to it. I'm not sure if there is a fee. This will defiantly verify your account though.

Do we have to put and Other personal info except our adress? Ex SS number when we activate it? or once we put the card on the computer they as for nothing more

You must put in all info including address and ss number. Remember this will be your personal debit card. You activate it and set a pin number. Its function is like a bank card.

nice! but i used the netspend method to verify my account a long time ago

It will, it just takes some time. 5 days to get the card and then like 5 days to get the 2 payments from paypal to verify. After that your golden ;)

Isn't there a way for people to do this for Paypal, where they can have an online credit card instead of ordering a credit card. Which their parents and the law won't allow them to get?

Well the card that I'm talking about is not a credit card, its just a debit card. There is no credit involved. I think you have to be 18 or older to use paypal anyways.

I ordered the card on monday last week, still haven't recieved it..mabye tomorrow hopefully

Ask your parents if you can get a credit card. Seriously, you might be surprised.

I think I did this from an offer on R1. I was checking the mail and saw the card. So im actually just guessing on how long it takes. 5 to 7 business days is the standard unless there backed up. I actually had to order another card while I did this guide for the print screens and havent gotten that one either.

Before activating your account, we need to collect a few more pieces of information.

Call the number. Are you over 18?
Edit: thats strange, I did my activation over the internet and it never told me anything like that. Maybe you had a type-O and they just need to verify something.
