Why was I suspended?

I don't understand I come home and my account is suspended I have logged on from another computer prior is that the case.
I had a 15 dollar Itunes card on order Is that still going to go through?

Logging onto another computer may have been a problem. The reason why you have been suspended may of been sent to you by e-mail that you use on the site. If not, then wait for a response from a admin on the forum or send a PM.

Yes you were suspended because of logging in from another IP address.


And as for your iTunes card, it will not be fulfilled, unless it has already done so before you got suspended.

You have to read the TOS before signing up for Rewards1.

The reason for every suspension is written in the final email that support sends before they lock out the account.

On another note I think we're going to have to have some solution for handling appeals because having everyone who violates our TERMS AND CONDITIONS come into the forums and ask what they did wrong is not going to work.
