How to place a custom order?

Hi, I am from the UK and have never placed a custom order before it asks me for the URL of the thing I want, can I go to any site and choose what I want....? or is there a particular site I need to go to?
The currency, do I change to GBP - United Kingdom or do I keep at US? and finally the total cost...any help would be very handy indeed...thanks.

you need to change the curency to UK curency and if u want to make a custom order you have to go to ur area an example would be amazon.uk because rewards1 doesnt currently support somthinglike amazon.com if ur not in the United States hope this helps:D
