Hey guys im new and just ordered my first prize could someone tell me why it takes 2 to 7 days to get your prize out of the request status?

The staff are very busy, yet they are a dedicated bunch.
2 to 7 days doesn't seem like too long of a wait, in my opinion. As I've said before, patience is a virtue. You should be glad that it doesn't take like 2 weeks to grant requests.
