I try to sign in and it says that I have been suspended. what does that mean? Do I get my points i ordered. OMG what did i do wrong? I didn't do anything!!!!OMG

The best way to go after this is to send a ticket through the website. They will help you there.

OMG i know whats going on now. they suspended me for having two acounts. it says in the email. the second account i made for a friend and he's my referal. he goes on the internet on the wii so i helped him by making his account....will i still get my points and will i ever to get signed it again....OMG!! will they understand if i tell them?

Send a ticket through the website, they'll talk with you. Explain everything in detail as well.

did you make his account using your IP?

If you did then you will be banned.

You CANT sign up under the same IP more than once.

it wasnt my fault.... they haave to understand that internet on the wii is different and loads different than on a conputer. the wii cant do everything......

Well the wii still has the same IP as you PC, but PM bean hes a nice guy he'll understand.

lol same thing happened to me on "www.**********.com" which is very similar to rewards1 anyway i sent them an e-mail and they said theres nothing they can do so i think your out of luck to and if u r give ********** a try its the same as rewards1 in most ways exept no forum and they not as nice there :crap
