They're not really for sports like basketball and stuff like that. More for running/training

What shoes do you have now? You have to kinda find the right fit for your foot.. Are you pes planus or pes cavus? or just normal arch lol
wide feet need a shoe made for wider feet, etc.. Make sure your shoes are flexible and that you can bend them easily with your hands or they're gonna make you heel strike.

i just use some old indoor soccer shoes for sport classes. i don't really know much more about my feet than what's its size tbh lol
