Bean and I have discussed, deliberated and lost tons of sleep over the appropriate course of action in the light of Rozz's deceptive advertising. We have come to conclusion that he did, in fact break our TOS policy and did not deserve to win June's Referral Contest. We have stood by our TOS policy and have revoked the 350 prize points from his account. We thank all the members for patiently waiting as we looked for an appropriate solution to this matter!

I'm planning on going on a Amazon shopping spree. Going to order a $300 Amazon Gift Card for myself. I'll shell out the rest of my 60 Points for the people on the forums.
