so the referals that u post on forums what exacly happens?

if somone clicks i get points? anf how many also how can i earn alot of points, lets say i make a youtube video how do they know i acually did that and stuff like that im very new i need the basic help:crap

If someone clicks on your referral link and then signs up, you get %20 of whatever they make. Lets say, that person makes 1 point. You will be given 0.2 points as a bonus for referring him or her.
