Regarding a Certain Credit Card Offer

The "Disney DVD Club" offer for the US was taken offline on Aug. 14th. Due to a system error however, some users were still able to access this offer. We have no choice but to remove all points gained from this offer after Aug. 14th from each user's account. We have also received a number of users providing fraudulent credit card information on this offer. Please note that this is a violation of our Terms of Service. Failure to abide to the TOS will result point loss and account suspension.

As a result of this, reward request processing was held up slightly. Certain users' pending reward requests may have been canceled due to the removal of points gained from the Disney DVD Club offer. Certain users' reward requests may still be put on hold temporarily due to suspicious account behavior. Please do not be alarmed if this happens. If you did in fact abide by all rules stated within our TOS, rest assured as we will process your reward request as soon as possible.

it's not that they used fake information... read the post again... ANYONE who completed it has some of their prizes on hold for "suspicious activity". But I have nothing to worry about. I legitimately completed the offer... haha and I didn't even pay for it! :thumbs I hope they know that... >.<

It was 6 points.. But I was supposed to pay $7.95. I cancelled the order.. haha :D and I got credit... but they took away the points... >.< oh well... take the points away. As long as I don't get banned... haha

"Other" just means a temporary hold.

If you have referrals that did that offer, your reward requests might be put on hold due to that, since you gained points from that offer indirectly too.

I looked over my referral history, and none my referrals matched that offer value. I divided by 5 as well. Why would my prize still be on "hold" then?

I think every one's prize is put on hold if you do that offer or not

Everyone who did that offer and didn't do it right putting fake credit card info should be banned from rewards1. Everyone who did it right with their credit card should not. Why be nice to everyone who put in fake info? their just making us people who did every free offer correctly wait more time for our prizes :shifty:
