This is what i did. I signed up through Firefox because IE was being gay when i tried to sign up. When it said it sent a verification email, I went on IE browser and verified the email. It gets approved in 2-3 hours.

yeah somethigns messed up, 2 days ago i clicked winodws office offer
and it took me to it, but my mom said we had to go, so i left, too bad..
no i go again and the site redirects to me to another site called cool offers i think..
