Question about referrals & mobile phone offers

Well I live in Australia.(woopdidoo want an award) Anyways I
've done all the free offers but some of the offers have to be completed by doing a mobile phone offer like a ring tone etc. I s there a place where I can just use a mobile phone number and pin cause I dont have a mobile. Also if I get a referral from getref I wont necessarily get points right? because you only get 20% of points they earn and they might not earn any.

Well just to tell you the Cell phone offers will charge you about $10 a piece on your bill

Only what they earn. If they earn points, you get 20%. If they earn nothing then it sucks for you.

But you could say I wont give points untill you get at least 4 points right that way you get at leas 0.8 credits.

It all depends on the offer. If they do an offer for .6 points, you'll get .12 points. Then they do another offer for lets say, 1 point. You'll get another .2 points. You get the points from referrals as soon as an offer approves for them.
