so right after christmas i put in a request for 1600 points for XBOX live.. and i still dont have them.. and i have put in 10 support tickets.. and no response.. i know this site isnt a scam site. but they sure scammed me..

Did you think to check your junk mail? Except now since it has been so long it has probably been automatically erased because they don't last very long when they go to junk mail.
