ok, I live in Minnesota and am a huge Viking fan... but I finally agree that this whole thing is getting old. I seriously spent the whole day on espn and nfl.com waiting to here something... I really believe that he will be a viking, but the long this goes the more I wonder. I go to every Viking game, and plan to (I havnt bought tickets and im sure there will be a huge jump once favre signs)

What do you think about the whole situation? Do you think he will be a viking? What do you think the record difference will be?

I personally think that w/o favre and everyone healthy the vikings would go 9-6

I think he is overated. The jets and now the vikings think with one new quaterback, their gonna be amazing. Not true. And even if Favre was good, how many years do you think he will last? Not like he is a rookie and he can only get better and 'grow up' with the team. Btw, he looks like a wolf.

ya, but lots of people think of brett favre as the old guy that cant throw, but when you compair 40 year old favre to Tavaris Jackson I personally think that Favre is 10X better.

If you watch the games (and I watch all of them) its hard to watch some guy that doesnt know what hes doing. And I think that all NFL teams will have to respect Favre and there is NO way that teams will be putting 8 or 9 guys in the box. With Tavaris teams can put all 11 and they would still stop the pass.

Personally I think it is that big on a jump just because its the presense of Favre. Berrian, Harvin, Peterson, Favre... a GREAT O-line, I think thats damage ready to happen

I think he's ruining himself by retiring, then coming out of retirement, then retiring again, and then coming out of retirement again. Keeps changing his mind way too much. That's just my opinion though, I'm not hardcore into football, but I really enjoy the sport and love the superbowl.

Well they dont necessarily think that they will be Amazing but they think that he will be better than Tavaris Jackson , Sage Rosenfeld , and John David Booty.

dont underestimate sage he played pretty decent vs colts not counting the dumbass moves near the end but the kid can play he just needs experience
