Step1:Go to Old Chanetu House.
Step2:Then Go to the second Floor then go through the door.
Step3:once you entered the second floor door find the door with the tv.
Step4:if your aussy then the time has got to be after 8:00PM
Step5:Once after 8PM*night* press(A)on the tv then it will say shake or thump the tv then you will fight Rotom
Tip:I suggest Using a Low lv like a lv.10-15 because Rotom is lv.18 or 16.
