You will need skype for this (http://www.skype.com)
Go to skype
Go to the blue box at like almost all the way down
type in "1800free411"
It will ask you some question's like residential, buisness etc
Answer residential
Say the city and state they live in
then say There last name very clearly
If it says try this last name then three first letter do very clear and first 3 letters of last name
An advertisement will start playing for theres... Wait for it to end...
Then it should say " found there phone number" itll say If you want me to read say read"
Itll say there Phone number....
