ok first off visit paypal.ca (http://www.paypal.ca/ca/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=_home&locale.x=en_US) and set up your account using fakenamegenerator (http://www.fakenamegenerator.com/gen-random-us-ca.php) and fill out the form with the fake info, and then confirm the email and your done, you now have a $3000 sending limit :thumbs

not true, my brothers had an unverified account for almost a year, and not one website has req a verified one... cus u can send and recieve money

Probably not. Probably somewhere in the TOS it says use real information. Considering they want everyone to get verified using a bank account.

This is really old news, but since you guys are American, you may find your account to be frozen at any time, so just be careful. I'm Canadian so I still use it and I haven't verified it, but yes some vendors still take it even though it's unverified, not all do though.

yea the easiest thing to do is just to put in ur real info and hook it upto a bank account or a free checking account. thats what i did lol

Not too bad, I may use it. As far as illegal goes PP will just freeze the account and anything in there, getting your cash. I'd do a couple of deals here and there and then close the account. I'd rather verify my American PP then do that.
