I'm getting a cellphone, but the thing is, my parents aren't paying for the service (lame).
so I need to find the chapest phone service.
please include how much per text message, and how much per call, thanks!

The best, cheapest, prepaid: Virgin Mobile (They also have the best phones)
The best, cheapest, plan service: Verizon (Insane phones, sometimes a little expensive)

Vodafone.
For me it's like 8p a text and like 15/20p a minute for calls.
I think it's pretty cheap, but if you look around, I'm sure you'll be able to find really low, yet pratical deals.

If you're not going to be using it a lot then probably a pre paid phone (like virgin mobile).
But if you are going to be using it a lot then Probably Verizon, I have Verizon and it is awesome! And it works everywhere!

I live in canada, and it says to me to enter a 5 digit zip code (USA).
is there verizon for canada? does it have unlimited txting and calls? for how much?
can I use the verizon service for only their phones? or can I use the verizon plan for a iphone or a phone from a different company?
