Talk to your parents about the card and the fee's, (if you have alot of money in paypal, you will win) Ask them to buy it and to fill up your card as much as you can, (via paypal) Now you can verity paypal very easy!!!! Its 10 bucks.
Because you need to keep your card for the paypal,
It costs 5 bucks per month, if you have little money than this is good for 1 quick trainn site, if you have lots than its good for more than 1 trainn site and for shopping!
I would go here because for 20 Bucks you can put your picture on there and you could always have your REF link in the pic
