I finally got my first prize today! 1600 microsoft points:banana
But the code is invalid - i double checked the code repeatedly every time i entered it. And i can assure you that it's invalid.
So, they will send me a new one...right?

Congrats yer just send them a support ticket saying that the code they sent you was invalid and ask for another 1

It took 5 days for me to get the e-mail, but the code was wrong - so that will probably make it 7-9 days.

Well, it's been a week - still no e-mail.
And yes, i've checked my e-mail and i am able to receive e-mails from them.

earlier i made a thread about this problem, (invalid codes). it was called "a growing problem." i got on to check the thread and it has been deleted. wtf? everyone remember this post unless it goes too.

Hi guys, if your code is invalid just send in a support ticket. We will double check the card to see whether we have made a mistake. It may take a while for us to dig up the cards, but rest assured you will get a response. Thanks for your patience!

can anyone that got an invalid code let me know when you get sent a working one? make sure you contact support in order to get one though. i sent my ticket in about a day ago, so hopefully mine will come in soon.
