It's not popular, you just think it is.

im a writer and theres no reason for it to be illegal to send paint markers, ink, or caps, through postage. those 2 items are sold on ebay there's no reason why they shouldn't be able to used as a reward on this. paint would be a no no as it's pressurised and so it can't be posted.
