I'd say thats pretty good, but you Really be better off buying parts and custom building one and save 50-100 dollars.

If it's Refurbished like it said... I would be careful but that is a really good deal Brand new I would expect to pay 900 or more for that I think I just saw one at Circuit City the other day for around 1000 but it only had 2GB ram... see if you can find someone knowledgeable enough in computers to get you an install of XP and Uninstall Vista... it is not only the beter OS but your computer will run much fast since VISTA needs at least 2 GB of ram to run so you are only getting 1 GB of RAM for the Processor...

what are you looking to use the laptop for btw...

the grahics card is pretty terrible in it like really bad actually for that laptop it should have a much more expensive graphics card and not just a stock graphics controller

I dont care about the graphic card it will just be for mostly writing papers and programs with information that will help me write my papers...

I would avoid refurbished. The computers good, but refurbished is terrible. Computers only last so long and if you don't know what your doing, if the computer isn't completely fixed then that may not be so good... Good insides though. You can get a $1000 dell.com laptop for 750. They have a discount going right now. PM me for more info.

I know the what the discount is... This computer is from Dell Outlet and it is already fixed. It will have little wear

That computer has got amazing hard drive, but yes you should worry about the graphics card, as if you don't need a graphics card to be so good you can get a cheaper computer, Its memory is very good as well.

Loool sorry about that Breakers, what i mean is your graphics card find out how much memory it is and tell me, If you dont need a good graphics card, just get a computer with 64mb graphics because you will not use it. Graphics cards are expensive and are one of the reasons computers get expensive, so if you are getting a computer with a good graphics card, hence paying more, and you are not going to use the graphics card then whats the points of wating your money om something you are not going to use.

No I mean you can get a brand spanking new not refurbished $1,000 computer for $750. They are running a special and there is a coupon... Not to mention these laptops would be top of the line in the 750 price range.

Laptops are funny pieces of technology, I do not think though laptops can beat computers in the graphics area, what do you think Eric?

Wow, that's all I can say, stuff over there is so cheap... if you convert to £s and then compare, here it is just so expensive...
