this is due to the fact that maybe you rush many offers and didn't really fulfilled the requirements for the offer, or u put fake, not legit info, and because u didn't clear your cookies.

other than that, its easy but long time, to get points...ive just been lazy the past month...and i got nearly 20 points so far...
