need help

so.. i requested XBOX points. and then like a week later it said fulfilled.. i never got and email or anything.. then i submitted a support... then another.. then another.. and no response.. and no points.. and this was all in that 3 weeks.. i have not recieved points.. or has anyone given me a reason as to why i havnt.. any suggestions are explanations? i would really appreciate any help.. thanks

Insted of a support ticket try clicking concact us on the main page it may give you some differant answers.
