It is a trading website Eric, The games you get to choose from because of signing up are frankly very old, I have tried it..., it also does not work for UK citizens.

but the 100 point games suck , so i chose Battlefront on psp


they should have sent it , and Snake said , once you get your game , and give good feedback , you get another 100 points

Ok, well I found out xbox360 arcade games are given out via redeem codes so thats confirmed. However Psn games I just found out could not be traded unless the person gives you their psn login name and password.
