What do you prefer?

I find that when I'm playing guitar, I like doing hammer-on's/pull-offs, UNLESS I'm going fast. It's weird. When I'm going fast, picking keeps me in line with what I'm supposed to do :\ but slows me down. I HATE IT! But oh well :)

i dont know really it depends on the song, but picking sounds better i think usually

Honesty I like HO/PO but I only slide. My guitar sucks so it just doesn't sound right on mine but if I slide up or down it gives it a full sound with out it dieing out, like when I ho/po.

Depends on the guitar you are using. Some guitars are crap for Hammer-ons and Pull-offs.
