Please help!!

I have 10 points and I requested a $10 Nexon Cash card but since i'm in the UK it said I can't get that prize unless I was in the US and that if I want a prize I have to do a custom prize thing which is what I did. The problem is there is a error which says :

"error: the minimum amount of points for a custom prize is 10" or something like that

And so, I put in 10, 10.00, 10 points but those don't work so any suggestions? Here's a copy of my custom prize request:

Message: Can I get a $10 Nexon Cash code? I am from the UK but it says I must be from the US to get prizes shipped to me. A Nexon Cash code doesn't need to be shipped to me, it's meant to be e-mailed and I have got a valid e-mail address so can I get it e-mailed to me, please?

I believe the nexon card codes work worldwide (I think?). If they do, you can just simply order it from their "Available Prizes" section.

They do work worldwide but when I click it it says :

The automated Prize Claim System is only for US residents. All other countries must use the manual Custom Order System.
