Got a few questions reguarding the current R1-TOS.

Rewards1 Terms of Service:
("Sections 11-12")

Only 1 account permitted per person, and only 1 account permitted per household. Accounts may not be transferred, exchanged, sold or otherwise change ownership without the expressed written content of R1.

Login and complete offers only on your own home personal computer. Using a computer other than your own , including but not limited to: a friends computer, a relative's computer, a public access computer, school computer, etc. may result in account termination. Do not use a wireless connection other than the one you subscribe to and pay for at home. Do not use hotspots or otherwise connect to any wireless internet connection that is not from your home.

"Login and complete offers only on your own home personal computer. Using a computer other than your own... may result in account termination."

Does this mean if I have multiple computers in my house hold, other than my "own home personal computer" like my Sister's computer, my Father's computer, my Brother's computer, and my Living Room computer, I can only use my own and none of those? (If not I would suggest adding an "s" after "your own home personal computer", in the TOS. As it makes a huge difference.)

Am I limited to one computer/s per household as well? Or am I limited to one account per IP address?

If Rewards1 users are limited to one account per IP address, what happens to individuals that have a dynamic IP address(random IP address every time they use the Internet)? Rewards1 user who currently have a dynamic IP address need to request (pay for) a static IP address from their ISP? Or what happens when a person changes his or her internet service provider?

Seeing as most high-speed Internet service providers don't usually give you a Static IP unless you pay extra for it, do individuals with none static IP address need not apply with Rewards1 sue to the current Terms of Service??

My friend made an account and got about 20 points but he randomly said theres wasn't any rewards that he wanted so he let me have his account.
If i can't access his account or get more points on it can he send something to my address?:help

I think some of the rules are stupid. I have 3 brothers, who all made accounts (referred under me), without telling me, so now our IP has multiple accounts, and through no fault of my own, I'm gonna get banned, and lose the £15 or so I made. The rules should be changed to read no more than 5 accounts, as less peoples families are that big.

What you are actually going to be banned?

Possibly, its in the TOS that I will. Its completely unfair, its not like I created the accounts, I didn't even know, and as they're referred under me they'll think I just made more accounts to get more points.

Its really annoying, as I have no evidence to support myself, and so I will get banned when they see my Prize Request. So my days oon R1 are numbered, sadly.

I read that one of the other members on r1 made a prize claim on the same comp and he was braggin that he is still here

I don't know, I haven't seen that. I'm simply going off the TOS. I've messaged support to see if I can get the issue resolved, but I doubt anything good will happen

I don't think they would do that... That would be cruel and unusual punishment. Maybe they could change the ToS instead?
