WHat does that mean? R1 will buy things off of eBay, but not pay you through Paypal.

can you clarify that ? i dont understand it very well im guessing you want money for paypal they dont do that.

i think he means that he has paypal but he doesn't have an ebay account and he wants to give rewards1 paypal to buy something for him....

theres a custom order form and he can purchase it on ebay but he has to use a custom prize request to get it though

I believe they only buy "buy it now" items on ebay.

Yeah... R1 doesn't use your paypal account or your ebay account. They use their account.
